This year The Cyber Bridge has initiated an Internet Retail Startup/Growth Cohort, to facilitate Startups and MSME to launch their online business especially internet retail business with confidence, trust, and resource from The Cyber Bridge.
In the past, The Cyber Bridge has been serving businesses to launch their business who are either not financially stable or are scare of investing in online business. But through this Cohort which will last for 6 months and further support for up to 2 years, businesses will be regularly advised, supported and provided with resources were ever require.
Some of the past supports provided to businesses on a volunteer basis are:
ThreadNetHunza.org: A handicraft initiative by KADO to help local women group to learn, earn and sustain through traditional art and craft. The Cyber Bridge helped the community with refresh branding, online website and access to US marketing through eBay and web sales.
Preschoolmomandkids.pk: A beautiful example of how microbusiness can thrive in online business with zero investment with minimum technology interaction.
woodphonecase.us: It is not just the Asian business who face challenges to launch an online business but, even US or western businesses find equally difficult and scary to launch online venture. The Cyber Bridge comes to rescue to such businesses.
What is Unique About the program
Unlike many other programs where entrepreneurs are simply given training and mentorship, here the entrepreneur will be given training, resources and execution support in first 4-8 months and support for another 2 years which is a crucial period for any startup
Another important factor will be the candidate will be registered with various technology initiatives to receive continuous support and guidance.
Further, the group will be a bridge to various resources for ongoing learning, resource access, and networking opportunity.
Most importantly, The Cyber Bridge will provide technical and legal support as and when required for 2 years.

Who is eligible for this program?
MSME Businesses find difficult to launch their store due to technical or financial challenges they face. This is equally offered to Startups and Growth Hacker. The program is open for individuals, groups, NGOs and MSME companies.
40% of the seats are reserved for the women entrepreneurs.
The participant must have a solid business plan or been into online/offline business for 1-3 years with adequate knowledge of computer and internet usage with a learning mind.
The program is initially launched in Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore
Age group 24-45 years
What kind of investment am I looking for?
For the first year, there will be no investment. From the second year, the business will absorb continuity expenses for hosting, advertising, domains, etc.
How many participants are enrolling in the cohort?
25 participants in each city ie Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
What will I get from the program?
The cohort covers a detailed offering which includes training (entrepreneurship, digital business, legal, technical, etc), resources (domain, hosting, ad spend, infrastructure development, etc), mentoring and monitoring.
What are the Fees for the Cohort?
Up to 75% of the fees has been subsidized by The Cyber Bridge. Perhaps, the student must bear the cost for conveyance, stationery, food and other relevant. Further, there will be no stipend or other allows during the course
